The fund Reico Long Lease has expanded its portfolio by acquiring real estate in Slovakia, in Senec, near Bratislava. The property is serving as a logistics and transport hub for DSV.
Thanks to its location near the Slovak Capital next to the main Slovak highway and renowned tenant, it is foreseen to provide long-term stability and interesting returns for the fund's investors.
The property consists of a cross-dock warehouse with an extensive green roof. A three-floor office part is connected directly to the cross-dock. The built-up area is almost 9,000 sqm. The second part consists of a storage hall of more than 51,700 sqm.
The landscaping in the development includes more than 42,600 sqm, of which the rainwater retention tank alone has an area of 1,890 sqm.
The acquisition for more than €65 million was mediated by Reico IS ČS.
