IWG’s Regus Fészek office building has opened in Pécs and has attracted Fressnapf International Business Services (FIBS) as its first tenant.

FIBS is the international business centre of the Fressnapf Group, Europe's biggest omnichannel pet supplies retailer that is present in 14 European markets.

The first FIBS office opened in Budapest in 2022 and the expansion into Pécs is part of the company’s strategy to attract more German speaking talent.

The Regus Fészek is the first to provide hybrid working solutions in the South Transdanubia region together with Regus.

“This arrangement allows our valued colleagues to work closer to home, reducing long commutes and enhancing their quality of life. By prioritizing our employees' well-being, we are not only able to retain our talented workforce but also attract new talent in the region,” says Markus Martens, Vice President of FIBS.

Yulia Lytvynenko, IWG’s Country Manager & Sales Director for Ukraine and Hungary, added that the lease deal with FIBS show hybrid work arrangements are gaining traction outside Budapest.

IWG now has 12 centres in Budapest, with seven new locations to open across the capital, six of which will open this year and the remaining one in 2026. IWG will also open a further seven new locations outside of Budapest, including in Debrecen and Biatorbágy.
