Redkom Development opened Comfy Park Bielik, the largest retail park in Bielsko-Biała (southern Poland). Nearly thirty stores and service points have been built on more than 19,000 sqm of retail area, including a Kaufland store occupying more than 5,000 sqm.
December 5, 2024 was the opening of Comfy Park Bielik, a retail park that resulted from the redevelopment of the Tesco store and shopping centre that operated in this destination for a number of years.
Comfy Park Bielik is another facility on which Redkom Development has cooperated with Mallson, a company that specializes in leasing retail and service space in shopping malls and retail parks.The commercialization was based on well-known chain retailers, including the anchor of everyday shopping, the aforementioned Kaufland store. As well as the introduction of novelties such as Woolworth, a brand making its debut on the Polish market or a Burger King restaurant in the Drive Thru format.
In addition to other well-known brands, local concepts and a wide range of sports brands were acquired. Examples include the British Mountain Warehouse chain and the Martes Sport, which launched in Comfy Park Bielik its second largest store in Poland.
The current owner of Comfy Park Bielik is Newgate Investment, which has a number of retail parks in its portfolio, including Ozimska Park - a development also realized in Opole by Redkom Development.
