
The qualified investor fund REALIA FUND SICAV has expanded its portfolio with another acquisition in northern Moravia.
A retail park in the village of Dobrá in the Frýdek-Místek district was added to its portfolio at the end of January. The commercial zone with a leasable area of 3,750 sqm includes eight tenants – BILLA supermarket, ROSSMANN, Dr. Max, KiK textil, TEDi, Super Pet, WIKY and Press Media tobacco. In addition, the construction of an ORLEN gas station is being completed directly on the parking lot, which will further expand the range of services. The location offers very good economic potential with the Hyundai car factory and the Radegast brewery headquarters.
“This new project brings an attractive mix of tenants with long-term contracts and is located in a significant location with residential development,” says Tomáš Oplíštil, Member of the fund’s investment committee and Commercial Director at REALIA GROUP. With the purchase of the twentieth commercial property, the total value of the fund's portfolio increased to CZK2.5 billion (€100 million).
