The cumulative turnover of the most important players on the Romanian real estate consultancy market has almost reached the €50 million mark in Romania, wall-street.ro writes.


According to financial data published by the Ministry of Finance, the five firms with the highest turnover are CBRE (€13.0 million), JLL (€10.9 million), Colliers (€7.67 million), Cushman & Wakefield Echinox (€4.7 million) and Knight Frank (€4.7 million). Out of the top five, only the last two experienced a decline in turnover compared to the previous year.

Two smaller firms, Crosspoint (72%) and Griffes (62%), experienced the strongest growth in 2018, while Esop Consulting (40%) recorded the largest fall in turnover.

The cumulative profit at the market level exceeded €5.8 million with nearly one fifth being made by Colliers. The highest rate of profitability (as a percentage of turnover) was recorded by Griffes (79%).
