PSN is expanding its team. Radek Hlaváček has joined PSN as Director of Projects. He will be responsible for managing projects in various stages of preparation and construction, including strategic planning and analysis of investment plans, the company reports.


Radek Hlaváček has been working in the real estate, development and investment sector for over 20 years and has achieved a proven track record of completed and commercially successful development projects worth more than CZK 4 billion. For example, he worked for over 8 years at CPI Property Group, where he headed the development division of retail projects, or at Geone Real Estate, where he managed the preparation and construction of residential and mixed-use complexes. He also gained work experience as a project manager at Multi Development CR, Lordship Estate and Bovis Lend Lease. 

Radek Hlaváček has experience in all phases of development project management: from site selection, preparation of studies and investment plans to strategic project set-up. An integral part of his work was the negotiation and preparation of the necessary contracts, project planning, including the preparation of feasibility studies. In management functions he was also responsible for leading teams, organizing tenders and dealing with authorities. In his new role at PSN, Radek Hlaváček wants to focus on the development of development and project management, which is becoming increasingly important in the company with the acquisition of new acquisitions. Radek Hlaváček graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. He speaks English and Russian. His hobbies include golf, tennis, hockey and football.

PSN has been active in the Czech real estate market since 1991 (originally as Pražská správa nemovitostí). Since its establishment, the company has mainly focused on the reconstruction of apartment buildings. It has continued to have these in its portfolio, but it has undergone major development and is now also engaged in the new construction of large residential and mixed-use projects.
