Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) and Vestas Investment Management (Vestas) have announced the signing of lease extension agreements with Prosperplast in two buildings at Beskid Park II, in Southern Poland.
The company will continue to occupy 21,079 sqm in Building DC1 for five years and 9,177 sqm in Building DC2 for four additional years.
The industrial project is located in Czechowice-Dziedzice and comprises 90,000 sqm of industrial space across five buildings. The complex is BREEAM certified.
“This leasing event also pays testament to the strength of location, ESG credentials and high quality of Beskid Park II, which continue to be amongst the most key factors in occupier decision making,” said Isabella Valgimigli, Portfolio Manager at Vestas Investment Management Europe.
Prosperplast is a manufacturer of innovative solutions for homes and gardes that is present in 80 countries. Aside from Poland, its logistic centres and commercial offices are located in Germany, Czechia, and Hungary.
