Romanian retail chain Profi, controlled by investment fund Mid Europa Partners, will lease 60,000 sqm of logistics space at CTPark Bucharest West from 2020, according to Ziarul Financiar.
This is the third expansion of Profi within the past two years. First, in April 2017, it leased 30,000 sqm from WDP in Roman. Secondly, in September 2017, it leased 10,500 sqm from CTP in Apahida, near Cluj-Napoca.
