Prime Kapital aims to deliver by the end of 2025 the second phase of its Avalon Estate residential project based near Bucharest.
The company will develop 153 new residential units as well as boutique commercial spaces spanning 800 sqm. In this phase, Prime Kapital will also complete the last section of the project’s central park.In the first phase, Prime Kapital has completed 352 residential units.
The residential buildings will meet nZEB and EU 2030 standards for energy efficiency.
Prime Kapital has completed to date 1,600 residential units and over 2,185 parking spaces in three Romanian cities.
