Property developer Prime Kapital has obtained the construction permits for the second and third phases of the residential component of Silk District, the mixed-use scheme located in Iași.
The Silk District will be developed in five phases and will feature 1,491 apartments, offices spanning 104,400 sqm as well as commercial spaces that will cover 10,080 sqm.
The second residential phase will include 346 apartments and will follow the initial phase with 312 apartments.
Across Romania, Prime Kapital and MAS are jointly developing 10 residential projects that will total more than 14,000 apartments with a market value of around €1.1 billion.
