Romanian developer Prima Development Group has obtained a loan of €16.8 million from Libra Bank for the first phase of a new residential complex in Bucharest.
The financing will cover the development of two buildings with 242 apartments that will be delivered in the spring of 2024. Upon completion, the project will feature 482 apartments that will be developed in four buildings.
The developer entered the Bucharest market in 2017 and has completed two residential projects to date. The main market of the company is in Oradea, where several residential investments have been completed in the past years. Prima Development Group is controlled by Ștefan Kopany.
