PPF Real Estate is buying the Prague Four Seasons Hotel on Veleslavínova Street in the Old Town, reports E15.cz. The transaction is being assessed by the Office for the Protection of Competition.
PPF Real Estate is buying the company FSHP, which operates the hotel. According to earlier information from Hospodářské noviny, the purchase price is expected to be almost CZK 3 billion (€119 million).
The luxury hotel complex was created by connecting a Renaissance, Baroque and Classicist house and adding a new building to them. The hotel has 157 rooms, including 19 suites, and 600 sqm of banquet rooms designed for business and private events.
