On the right bank of the Danube, the new neighbourhood developments have been underway for several years. JTRE is preparing the Nové Lido and Penta Real Estate the Southbank project. For their plans to become a reality,  the green light has been needed from city councillors to change the city master plan and swap city land. As dennikN.sk reports, both proposals have eventually received support.

WorkLounge has opened its new branch in the Telehouse building in Prague's Dejvice. The premises with an area of 1540 sqm can accommodate 220 people.

Construction, one of the leading property developers in Poland, to bring the JW Marriott luxury brand to the country.The hotel will be located in the heart of Kraków’s city centre, housed in one of the city’s historical buildings.
