CTP has signed a lease agreement with PKV BUILD, a leading player in energy consulting. Leased premises are currently being built by CTP at its Vlněna office complex in Brno, Czech Republic.

PKV began its cooperation with CTP in 2020 when the company leased nearly 900 sqm of offices in the Vlněna complex. After a year of dynamic growth, their team grew so large that the Enmon subsidiary moved into the CTP Clubco co-working space. Today, the entire PKV team of over 130 energy experts occupies two floors in Vlněna and is preparing to move into Building I, which the developer is adapting for them. Nearly 3,000 sqm of new office spreads across four floors.

The 61-metre-high building with a glass sawtooth facade is being built on the site of a former Brno brownfield. Designed by Studio acht and equipped with smart technologies such as smart lighting and air quality control it aspires for the highest BREEAM and WELL certifications. The investment reaches CZK 600 million (€23.6 million). Completion is foreseen by the end of 2024.
