Philippines-based investor ISOC Group has acquired buildings A and B of the Silesia Business Park office complex in Katowice, developed by Skanska, from a fund managed by Scandinavian investor NIAM.  In Poland, the buyer is represented by Augusta Cracovia.

With the purchase, ISOC has become the sole owner of the entire four-building park after having acquired buildings C and D (which together total 24,700 sqm GLA) in December 2018 from Skanska. In total, the park has a total GLA of 48,740 sqm.

The complex is located in a close distance to Katowicka Street, one of the main thoroughfares in the city and to the Silesia City Center, the largest shopping centre in Silesia. The facility is in an approximately 30-kilometre distance from the international Katowice Airport.

The buyer was advised by Colliers International, Hogan Lovells, Baker McKenzie, CSWP, Arcadis and Infinity Partners, while the seller was represented by CBRE, Linklaters and EY.
