Four more apartment buildings are to be built in the vicinity of Bratislava's Bory Hospital and the Bory Promenade residential phase. Penta Real Estate wants to build more than 300 flats there and therefore intends to submit the relevant documentation to the permit authorities in September, according to the Hospodarske noviny daily quoted by Reality.trend.sk. The developer plans to start construction in 2026.
The winner of the architectural competition, Studio Perspektiv, will design the final form of the new apartment buildings. According to the daily, the new apartment buildings will be L-shaped and will have five to ten floors above ground. In addition to the usual 1.5- to 4-room flats, the developer has decided to expand the offer to include penthouses and the possibility of combining flats into five-room units, according to the economic website.
The sixth phase of the development project will also bring 491 underground parking spaces and create space for the conversion of parking areas between Bory Mall and the hospital, where a square will be created. As part of the overall infrastructure, a tram line extension is also planned.
