Penta Real Estate and the XPlace platform owned by the Archdiocese of Prague, have decided to continue their cooperation in developing rental housing. XPlace has agreed to acquire two apartment buildings with 62 residential units in the Nová Waltrovka in Prague 5.
The new agreement concerns 2 apartment buildings with 62 apartments within the Nová Waltrovka development project. Most of them have a loggia, terrace or front garden. The agreement also includes 58 underground parking spaces.
On the ground floor, there will be facilities for a children's group or a private kindergarten. In the future, the Nová Waltrovka project will include a place for a new elementary school and a playground, as well as a number of places for leisure time activities.
Nová Waltrovka is a city district with short distances. In the first stage of construction, two modern office buildings (Metalica and Legatica) and the Zleep hotel building were built along Radlická Street. In the next stages of construction, residential development prevails in the quieter northern part of the site with 500 apartments.
Construction of both buildings has already begun, and completion is planned for the turn of 2026-27. The exact price of the transaction has not been disclosed, however, the deal is worth hundreds of millions of Czech crowns.
