Penta Real Estate is starting to construct a new residential project Mocca Residence in Prague. Near the Českomoravská metro station, Penta is restoring the original city block with almost three hundred new apartments being built here.
The Mocca Rezidence project includes 290 apartments with a quiet enclosed green courtyard of 2,300 sqm. All apartments have three-layer wooden floors, hot water underfloor heating and air exchange technology with heat recovery. Some of the apartments also have air conditioning units and electric window blinds. New residents will have 315 underground parking spaces, an exercise room suitable for yoga and fitness, a storage place for baby strollers, a space for washing bicycles or a workshop for minor repairs. The theatre and the O2 arena with the shopping gallery are within a five-minute walk. The polyclinic is right across the street.
Penta Real Estate is building Mocca Rezidence on a brownfield site. During the First Republic, there was a well-known coffee roaster here. Jams and biscuits were also produced here together with wine cellars.
With the construction start the first half of the residential units goes on sale. The ADNS architekti studio is behind the project design inspired by the original construction and the character of the place. The individual buildings will bear the names of well-known types of coffee.
