Law firm PeliPartners has assisted WDP in the acquisition of several industrial projects and a landbank from Globalworth and Global Vision.
The deal covered around 135,000 sqm of existing industrial projects and land spanning 300,000 sqm for additional developments.
PeliPartners provided comprehensive support to WDP throughout the transaction, encompassing due diligence, negotiation, and execution of the transaction documents. The law firm has previously assisted WDP with the acquisition of Arad Business Park spanning 42,000 sqm.
