The new Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 4 has become the headquarters of the automotive company Volvo Car Czech Republic and TSC Spectre. The developer and investor of the project is Passerinvest Group.
The new tenants leased a total of 1,500 sqm of office space. In addition to 1,000 sqm of office space, Volvo Car CZ leased 16 parking spaces for electric cars and plans to switch to 100% electric mobility in its cars gradually. The Czech company TSC Specter, which specialises in complex technical services in buildings of all sizes and types, also chose the Roztyly Plaza building as its headquarters.
"The interesting thing about this tenant is the fact that the company is moving to Roztyly Plaza from the centre of Prague, as well as a new experience for us when we temporarily placed the tenant in our Fleksi serviced offices so that they have enough time to prepare the new offices on the Plaza," added Eduard Forejt, Director of Business Development and Richard Bambas, Chief Leasing Manager at Passerinvest Group.
Roztyly Plaza is close to the subway station on line C. The ground floor of the building, occupied by 100%, offers a modern canteen with a cafe, a pharmacy or a fitness centre with a sauna. The seven-floor building currently has approximately 7,000 sqm of office space available.
