The new property will offer 28,000 sqm of warehouse and 4,000 sqm of office in Üllő, which already hosts other major retailers. The construction is to start in January and handover is scheduled for the end of 2025 and the early months of 2026.

European retailer giant Rossmann has decided to build a new warehouse and office complex to serve its growing needs in Hungary and the CEE region. The new centre is part of the company's expansion and will cost approximately HUF 20 billion.

Rossmann will create a semi-automated warehouse facility which can be extended in the future if needed. All the latest technical solutions and materials (solar panels, heat pumps, e-chargers, etc.) will serve ESG compliance.

The developer is Panattoni Hungary and the owner of the centre will be the OTP Property Investment Fund.
