Panattoni has started a new development in the Łódź region: Panattoni Park Łódź South II, which will eventually comprise an area of 57,000 sqm. The centre is to be located near the junction on the A1 motorway that joins with national road 12.
In 2022 alone, the developer delivered over 350,000 sqm of industrial space to the Łódź region and began work on a further 96,000 sqm. In the new year, the developer is already launching new projects. It is planned to build Panattoni Park Łódź South II in a single stage. The building will have a height of 12m and is to be ecologically certified under BREEAM for a rating of Excellent.
“Panattoni has developed industrial centres in the Central Poland region since it began operations in the country. This whole time, we have been building up our portfolio in Łódź itself but we have also been continually opening up in new locations, such as Tuszyn, where up until now there have been no other similar projects,” points out Katarzyna Kujawiak, the Development Director at Panattoni. “This will be a compact centre that will be able to comfortably house 2-3 tenants.”
Within Panattoni Park Łódź South II, the developer is to employ numerous solutions for the well-being of the user including increased access to light as well as office space examined for its acoustics, thermal comfort and air quality.
Panattoni Park Łódź South II is situated in Central Poland in the direct vicinity of the junction where national road 12 crosses with the A1 motorway, a road that connects the North and South of the country. The centre is to undergo certification for a rating of Excellent and is to be equipped with numerous energy and water-saving solutions. Eventually, the park is to have a build-out area of 57,300 sqm.
