Panattoni Europe will build another BTS facility for H&M. The distribution centre spanning over 30,000 sqm will be built in Grodzisk Mazowiecki – construction works are set to start in February 2017. The investment will be certified under the LEED system, aiming for the Silver rating level.

The BTS facility will be divided into warehousing space, office and staff facilities (with a separate canteen for employees). Development works are scheduled to commence in February, and the building is to be finished Autumn 2017.

Panattoni Europe’s new investment for H&M will be the second BTS facility delivered by the developer to this client. The previous one was built in Gądki at Panattoni Park Poznań I and was the first project in Panattoni Europe's portfolio to feature a broad range of environment-friendly solutions. The new warehouse will also comply generally with the principles of sustainable development – it will aim for the LEED Silver certification. The 
 
The BTS warehouse for H&M will be built in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, approximately 34 km away from Warsaw’s city centre, with a quick and convenient connection to the A2 motorway, cutting across Central Poland and forming part of the international route E30.
