Panattoni Europe has started the construction of the first logistics centre in Białystok. The developer’s new project – Panattoni Park Białystok – featuring roughly 40,600 sqm, is being executed in full. 50% of the space has already been commercialised. Completion of construction works on the entire investment is planned for the end of Q3 2018.
Panattoni Europe expands the warehousing map of Poland. Recently, the developer has three new projects in emerging markets – in Lublin, Kielce and Zielona Góra, and now gets going with a fourth one in Białystok. The new 40,620 sqm investment, Panattoni Park Białystok, will comprise three buildings featuring 3,818 sqm, 22,321 sqm and 14,481 sqm of logistics space. The multi-tenant logistics centre is designed for tenants representing various business sectors – from logistics to light manufacturing. Thanks to such flexibility, 50% of the project has already been spoken for. The first tenants will be able to move into the park as soon as July 2018.
Białystok is the largest and fastest-growing city in Podlasie – a supra-regional academic and scientific centre with 15 schools of tertiary education – whose proximity to the eastern border has been drawing in new investors for years.
Panattoni Park Białystok, lies within the administrative city limits of Białystok, not far from the city bypass and 60 km from the border crossing in Kuźnica. The investment is approx. 1 km away from the European route E67 (road S8), connecting Wrocław, Łódź, Warsaw and Białystok. Once the upgrade of the S8 motorway is completed, the city will gain importance on the logistics map.
