Panattoni has completed the construction of a new 50,300 sqm park in Bolesławiec. The first tenant in the development in Lower Silesia is to be Toyota Boshoku Poland.

Toyota Boshoku Poland is a subsidiary of the Toyota Boshoku Group, an international corporation from the automotive industry. The company produces car seats and car seat components as well as interior fittings for vehicles. The tenant chose the location both because it is near to its head office and because of its convenient connections with key markets. The new 6,500 sqm warehouse will "support the company’s development by serving nearby production and by facilitating the transport of its products to Western Europe".

“Leasing warehouse space in Park Bolesławiec serves the current logistics needs of our company. The centre’s key features that will allow us to manage our logistics efficiently include its proximity to our main centre – a factory where every year we make parts for over 500,000 vehicles – and also its excellent road connections to our entire supply chain", says Kamil Suchorski, the Vice-President of Toyota Boshoku Poland.

“We are extremely pleased that Toyota Boshoku Poland has decided to lease space in Panattoni Park Bolesławiec. This development represents another step in our strategy of supplying modern warehouse space in key locations. Lower Silesia is definitely such a location and it is more and more being seen as a window on Europe. The buildings here have, for many global players, become an essential link in their European logistic supply chains,” says Damian Kowalczyk, the Development Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Bolesławiec is located near the A4 motorway (50 km to the German border in the direction of Dresden) as well as the A18 (80 km to the border in the direction of Berlin). Panattoni’s latest park in Lower Silesia provides tenants with 184 parking spaces for cars and twelve spaces for HGVs as well as 91 loading docks. The centre’s warehouse space is suited for logistics, e-commerce and manufacturing companies.
