Palmira Capital Partners has acquired a logistics property in Swarzędz near Poznań, Western Poland, for the "P-Logistik Europa Fonds". The vendor is the AKRON Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.


The occupier of the property is Magna Automotive Poland. The company, which is part of the Canadian-Austrian automotive supplier Magna International Inc, holds a very long-term lease for the entire property.

The property is located on a site of around 32,000 sqm and has a total lettable area of around 15,000 sqm, which is divided between production, logistics and office areas. The building has a flexible floor plan and was constructed in several stages, with the last extension completed in Q4 2022.

Palmira was advised on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction by Dentons, Düsseldorf and Warsaw. Drees & Sommer was responsible for technical details and Nova Ambiente was entrusted with the environmental aspects.
