Law firm Kinstellar has successfully represented OTP Bank and its Bulgarian subsidiary, DSK Bank, in negotiating a €25 million loan for the construction and operation of Balkan Business Center, a major office complex in Sofia.
The 20-storey building has a built-up area of nearly 50,000 sqm and combines 12 office floors and six parking levels. Construction is planned to be completed by the end of 2020.
