Bucharest-based office project Oregon Park, owned by Lion's Head investment fund, has achieved the Well Health & Safety certification, granted by The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
The certification process was coordinated by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox’s Project Management department.
“Through this project, Oregon Park provides office spaces which help tenants attract and retain talent within the company while also creating an environment conducive to increased productivity. Moreover, by implementing this project, Lion's Head has also aimed to enhance the overall ESG performance of the office complex," said Andrei Ianculescu, Head of Project Management at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
Oregon Park comprises three 6-floor buildings that provide more than 70,000 sqm of modern office spaces surrounded by a land plot of nearly 4 hectares.
