News Article Orbis to sell two Polish hotels

Orbis has concluded a preliminary agreement for the sale of two Polish hotels, Mercure Jelenia Góra and Mercure Karpacz Resort for a total net price of app. €6.1 million (PLN26.5 million) to an individual investor.


The preliminary agreement provides that the final sale agreement shall be concluded until 31 March 2017, subject to the consent of the Orbis’ shareholders. The hotels will continue to operate under the Mercure brand after the sale.
