Romanian commercial and residential developer One United Properties has announced that its two Co-CEOs Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu have made a combined share purchase in the company.


The two executives have purchased 3.5 million shares in the developer at prices ranging from 0.88 lei to 0.89 lei. The transactions were carried out between May 30 and June 3 through Vinci VER Holding and OA Liviu Holding Invest, both firms controlled by the Co-CEOs who are also the Co-Founders of One United Properties.

Shares in One United Properties closed at 0.89 lei on Tuesday trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). 

As of April 2024, the developer’s Co-CEOs each held stakes of 25.01% in One United Properties, according to BVB data.
