Romanian developer One United Properties has purchased a land plot of 3,065 sqm for the extension of its residential complex One Lake Club, located on the shores of the Lake Tei in Bucharest.

The residential project includes five towers with around 544 apartments, developed on a land plot covering 22,000 sqm.

Following the latest purchase, the development will be expanded with two more buildings with approximately 119 apartments.

“The increased demand for this location contributed to the decision to expand the project, by purchasing the new land,” said Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties.

Last summer, the company purchased the initial land plot for One Lake Club project.

Shares in One United Properties were up 0.44% to 1,37 lei on Thursday morning trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
