Telekom Romania announced the sale of two plots of land located in the Floreasca area of Bucharest to One United Properties. The transaction price exceeded €18 million.
The 25,839 sqm land has an opening of about 120 meters at Lake Floreasca.
Broker Alexander Boff represented One United Properties in the transaction.
