One United Properties and Auchan Romania plan to invest €100 million in a new mixed-use project in Bucharest called One Floreasca City.
The project, which will be built on a 2.8 ha plot, will have three components (office, retail and residential), to be delivered simultaneously in 2020. Construction of the office and residential parts are scheduled to start this month.
The retail component, which will be a transformation of the former Ford factory, will be operated by Auchan Romania. The office component will be named One Tower and the residential component will be branded as One Mircea Eliade. Approximately 30% of the plot % will be allocated to green areas.
