Property developer Atenor says it sold its office project Dacia One in central Bucharest to Pavăl Holding, then owner of Romanian DIY retailer Dedeman. 

Standards that certify a building's resilience to a pandemic are not only useful, but also necessary in the current context, according to 96% of employees surveyed by Romanian developer Genesis Property.

What will offices look like once the pandemic is over? Five quarters of a health crisis later and there is still no clear answer for Warsaw’s office market. The new office supply in Bucharest is set to exceed 200,000 sqm in the second half of this year, with almost two thirds of the offices scheduled for delivery by year’s end already pre-leased.
