The office market in Bucharest could start to see a mode generalized increase in rents due to a limited volume of deliveries slated for 2023 and a limited vacancy rate for modern buildings, predict experts of Colliers.
Only three sizable office buildings are planned for 2023 in Bucharest, and the delivery schedule for 2024 is currently empty.
“On the flipside, there are still big tenants that have yet to take any decision regarding their office space which could alleviate some of the supply concerns,” according to Colliers’ consultants.
The rent/value of office buildings is also underpinned by the project's sustainability on energy efficiency.
