Nusco Imobiliara has already sold 30% of the residential units comprising the second phase of urban regeneration project Nusco City, based in northern Bucharest.

Three months after it secured the construction permit, the developer sold 285 of the 840 residential units planned in the second stage that will be completed in Q3 2025 following an investment of more than €130 million. In the first phase, Nusco Imobiliara has completed 622 homes.

All in all, Nusco City will include over 4,000 apartments, parks, green areas, and infrastructure - covering approximately 40% of the entire project area that will span 23 hectares.

The masterplan of the mixed-use Nusco City project includes event halls and showrooms for the company along Pipera Boulevard.

“We are pleased to integrate this commercial area into the project's masterplan, a direction that has been active for several years. We want to thank our long-term partners for their trust in our project from the beginning and assure them of our ongoing collaboration,” said Michele Nusco, CEO of Nusco Imobiliara.

Pedro Construct is the construction contractor of Nusco City, while sales are managed by North Bucharest Investments.
