Nusco Imobiliara says it has sold 75% of the second phase of its urban regeneration development Nusco City based in northern Bucharest.

This phase will include seven apartment blocks with 828 residential units, of which the first three blocks will be delivered at the end of 2025. In this phase, Nusco Imobiliara will invest more than €130 million.

"The figures also show us in the second phase that our market is ready for such a complex product,” says Bogdan Iliescu, Commercial Director at Nusco Imobiliara.

The complex is designed to accommodate more than 4,000 apartments, office and commercial areas, a hotel, a private hospital, and various green spaces.

Michele Nusco, CEO of Nusco Imobiliara, adds: “The land on which Nusco City is being developed is an asset that has been in our portfolio since the 1990s, an asset that has been adapted and capitalized on at every moment of the local market.”

The development of Nusco City kicked off in late 2020, with Pedro Construct named general builder for the complex.
