Property developer Novum Business Invest has kicked off the development of a new residential compound in Bucharest with an estimated investment value of more than €90 million.
The project Novum 56 will be developed in two phases. The company aims to deliver 704 apartaments in the first stage by the fourth quarter of 2022.
The sales partner for the new complex is Crosspoint Real Estate. The residential units will have prices in the range of €53,900 to €102,900 plus VAT.
Novum Business Invest has sold over 2,318 apartments in eight residential projects in Bucharest.
