Residential broker North Bucharest Investments (NBI) says it has concluded over 520 real estate transactions in H1 2024, up by 30% compared to the same period of last year.
At the same time, the volume of transactions rose by 35% year-on-year to around €63 million at the end of H1 2024.
“This performance underscores not only the stability of the real estate market, but our capacity to adapt and respond the evolving needs of our clients,” says Vlad Musteață, NBI’s CEO.
NBI’s representation portfolio currently comprises 134 residential projects with an estimated combined value of €38 million.
The CEO added that NBI is looking to expand its portfolio with residential projects in regional cities of the likes of Brașov or Mamaia Nord.
