Romanian developer Nordis Group says it will deliver this year up to 1,000 hotel rooms and residential units in its project located in the Mamaia seaside resort.
The first two buildings in Nordis Mamaia project will be completed this summer. At the same time, the group is working on the second phase of the complex that will include over 1,160 apartments.
Emanuel Poștoacă, President and Founder of Nordis Group, said the company has also sold more than half of the hotel units it develops in the mountain resorts of Brașov and Sinaia. He added that investments in hotel rooms can protect buyers from the spike in inflation, while generating a stable annual income for investors.
The Nordis Mamaia project will have numerous facilities for residents and tourists such as pools, shopping galleries, restaurants and a private beach spanning 26,000 sqm.
