Noerr has advised IDI Gazeley on the sale of its European division. In October Global Logistic Properties (GLP), Asia’s biggest warehouse operator, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Gazeley, a premier developer, owner and operator of modern logistics facilities in Europe for approximately €2.4 billion.
Gazeley, the European division of global logistics company IDI Gazeley, is a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks with a 3 million sqm portfolio concentrated in Europe's key logistics markets, namely the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands.
Noerr advised IDI Gazeley on the legal aspects of the transaction in Germany and Hungary. The lead advisor from Noerr was partner Astrid Frense (Berlin).
