Romanian developer Nobis Group, owned by local entrepreneur Marius Bușu, will invest in a luxury project comprising 28 villas in Pipera, near Bucharest, which will have a market value of around €28 million.

At the same time, the group is preparing a new residential complex with hundreds of apartments on Bucharest.

The development management for the villa complex will be overseen by SVN Romania | Construct. The consultancy will also manage future property developments of the group.

”Covid-19 pandemic radically changed the preferences of home buyers: if villas projects could have been counted on the fingers before 2020, thousands of houses and villas are currently being completed in the city´s northern limitrophe areas, the increase being more than ten times,” said Alexandru Pricop, Managing Partner within SVN Romania.

“It is a market segment with very rapid development and luxury projects, which offer large net areas and quick and easy access to prestigious schools and restaurants located in the northern areas of Bucharest are the most attractive,” he added.

The second phase of Norbis Gardens will be completed by mid-2025, according to the plans of the developer.

Bușu has completed to date over 2,000 homes in several residential projects.
