HARMAN International and BASF Hungária Kft. has signed lease agreements with Skanska. The Swedish developer’s Nordic Light office building in Budapest now has preliminary lease agreements for 26% of its total leasable area. Colliers represented the tenants in the transactions, while CBRE takes exclusive responsibility for leasing Nordic Light.

HARMAN International is one of the newest tenants of Nordic Light and signed a lease agreement for approximately 1000 square metres in the first phase of the building. Another tenant, BASF Hungária Kft. signed a lease agreement for 2000 square metres in the second phase of Nordic Light.

Now the building has preliminary lease contracts for 26% of its total leasable area; last year Schneider Electric and M&C Energia signed for 3650 square metres of office space.

Nordic Light on Váci Road will be completed in two phases; the whole complex offers 26,200 square metres of office space and 1,800 square metres of retail space on seven floors with more than 400 parking spaces. Nordic Light was designed by Mérték Group. Office spaces are leased by Skanska Hungary Ltd. and CBRE. It has already obtained the LEED Gold preliminary certificate.
