A new shopping centre, part of the multifunctional Bořislavka Centrum complex developed by KKCG Group, is set to open in Prague on June 4. Located next to the Bořislavka metro station, the centre will feature approximately 9,000 sqm of retail space.
The complex also comprises 24,000 sqm of Class A office space in four office buildings, three of which are also opening this month.
A Lidl supermarket, a dm drugstore and a Knihy Dobrovský book store will be among the anchor tenants with virtually no fashion tenants in the building.
The second part of the shopping centre will open in September. According to local daily E15, 85% of retail space has already been leased
