Last June, Cushman & Wakefield was appointed as an exclusive commercialisation agent for building “B” of the LIXA office complex being developed by Yareal in Warsaw’s Wola district. The first phase of the development project (buildings A and B) comprising 27,900 sqm of leasable space is expected to be delivered to the market in Q3 2020.
LIXA is currently Yareal’s biggest office project located in Kasprzaka Street, right next to the junction of Kasprzaka and Karolkowa streets. The complex will comprise four buildings. Buildings A (22,000 sqm) and B (5,900 sqm) are expected to be delivered to the market by year-end 2020, whilst the next phases: building C/D (a total of 20,000 sqm) and building E (17,000 sqm) are scheduled to be completed in 2021 and 2022, respectively. It will provide a total of approximately 65,000 sqm of Class A office space. LIXA has already received the BREEAM certificate with an “Excellent” rating.
In October 2017, BGŻ BNP Paribas signed a 22,000 sqm pre-let for its new headquarters in phase “A” of the complex.
