With the last works completed in July, Budapest’s newest office building “Buda Loft Offices” is ready to welcome its new tenants. The building - which used to be the Goldberger textile factory - now offers modern loft offices. Colliers International has been appointed as the exclusive letting agent on the building
Divided over five floors offices are available from 212 up to 2,500 square meters. The light offices have the tremendous internal height of 6 meters. The building is located in a quiet area of Buda’s Óbuda district, accessible by HÉV, buses and trams.
