NEPI is planning to invest €40 million on the development of a new shopping centre in the Romanian city of Satu Mare.
Construction is expected to start in the coming weeks with completion set for end-2018. Shopping City Satu Mare will offer 28,000 sqm of GLA with 1,000 parking places. The centre will be built on a 6 ha site that was formerly occupied by a Sarmex furniture factory.
