NEPI Rockcastle has invested nearly €30 million in the expansion and modernisation of Shopping City Galati and the first brands that will appear following the expansion will be inaugurated on November 16. An additional 21,000 sqm was added to the 27,000 sqm shopping centre.

A number of new tenants are set to open stores on 16 November, including Hervis, Lee Cooper, Levi’s, Sephora, Douglas, Panhore, Kultho, MeliMelo Home, Pizza Hut, Starbucks and Cinema City, Pull & Bear, Bershka and Stradivarius.

The expansion and modernisation process targeted the construction of a new level for the entertainment zone, which includes a cinema, restaurants, coffee shops and an outdoor terrace.

NEPI Rockcastle’s development strategy, which was also applied for Shopping City Galati, is a mix between strategic partnerships with international brands and the development of the local economy, through the access offered to local brands.
