At Panattoni Park Łódź-Pabianice, Neonet, one of the largest electronic store chains in Poland, will initially operate on 44,000 sqm, with the option to expand its area by another 20,000 sqm. The space has been designed for processing omnichannel sales across the country. With the commissioning of Neonet’s premises, the first stage has been completed of the park in Pabianice, which will ultimately comprise 123,000 sqm in four buildings. The park is also to be BREEAM-certified at the ‘Excellent’ level. The lease transaction was mediated by consultancy Colliers International.
“The electronic goods market is growing rapidly, driven by the steady increase in the consumption of small and large electronic devices, including household appliances. We have already delivered more than one million sqm for various chains. Our experience in servicing this industry, as well as our activity in the strategically-located Central Poland market, have made us the ideal partner for the development of trans-regional projects. We are delighted that the Neonet chain saw in Panattoni an opportunity for cooperating on the next step in its growth on the domestic market – and we believe that this is not the last time we will cooperate in this way,” says Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director, Panattoni.
The park’s location in central Poland, close to the S14 expressway and approx. 35 km from the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways, provides good conditions for serving Neonet’s customers and stationery stores throughout Poland. The full range of Neonet’s products will be stored in the Pabianice facility.
Panattoni Park Łódź-Pabianice will eventually comprise 123,000 sqm in four buildings, with the construction work on the second to start in Q4 2022. The facilities will form a complex offering a wide range of solutions for warehousing and logistics, distribution and light production. Panattoni Park Łódź-Pabianice is also to be BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified. The complex will include water and energy-saving systems. In addition to this, it will feature green zones with pocket parks, as well as office rooms that have been acoustically tested and that have undergone thermal comfort analysis, while an air quality plan has also been prepared for the implementation of the project.
