NAI Global has opened a new office in Serbia with NAI WMG, which is led by NAI Business Director Nikola Senesi, PhD, FRICS. NAI WMG provides commercial real estate services in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Albania.

The firm specializes in transaction advisory services for office, industrial and retail properties, valuation services on all types of assets, capital markets services, advisory and development services, property management and hotel investment and revenue management services. Over the last 10 years, the principals of NAI WMG have demonstrated expertise in acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and lease renewals on behalf of tenants and property owners and investors.

“Commercial banks, financial institutions, government agencies, national and international corporations as well as investment funds and property owners have come to rely on our expertise and opinions. Based on the position we have established in the marketplace for these types of services, and the geographic footprint our professionals cover, we sought an opportunity with a worldwide leader in like-kind services and quality, and NAI Global’s operations and entrepreneurial platform was a perfect match for us,” said Nikola Senesi.

“We’re excited to have NAI WMG on board as their expertise in properties and services are consistent with NAI Global, and its market coverage gives us a very strong presence throughout the Balkan countries that complements the offices we have in Western and Eastern Europe,” said NAI Global’s President and CEO Jay Olshonsky.
